Sleep Learning

I do this from personal experience, and I notice that when I go to sleep while listening to something I feel much better and more confident about my day when I wake in the morning. As you review the articles below in order I think you will learn more how you can see that you can gain benefits from attempting sleep learing.
One word of caution, in my practice of this depending on what I am listening to it can also cause me to stay awake. What happens is my mind starts to get very creative during this process. However since I am in a relaxed state any loss of sleep is still offset by the refreshed and confident feeling that I have the next day.
